Lower Mountains Physiotherapy has been providing Physiotherapy across a broad range of specialities for over 30 years.

Jany Neckerauer has over 25 years of private practice experience in all spinal, joint and muscle injuries including treatment for cervicogenic headaches and TMJ disorders. Jany has a special interest in treating dance injuries and can provide Pre-Pointe assessments. Jany also performs dry needling for release of muscle pain and tension. Jany offers a wholistic approach to treament focusing on education of injury and pain management.

Jo Wholohan comes with a wealth of experience and has worked in both Private practice and in the Public and Private Hospital setting for the past 24 years. Whilst Jo has a special interest in Men's and Women's Health and Pelvic floor Physiotherapy she continues to practice across all areas of Physiotherapy in particular Pelvic girdle/hip pain and orthopaedic rehabilitation.Jo is now an accredited PINC cancer rehabilitation physiotherapist.The program is suitable for any type of cancer treatment designed to maximise recovery and regain physical and emotional strength, improving body confidence and control.
