Non-attendance Policy

In this practice we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your next physiotherapy appointment. On occasion it may be unavoidable for you to miss your booked appointment time. Generally, any unexplained non- attendance will incur a small late cancellation fee of $30 payable at your next appointment.

Third Party Payments

Our practice is registered to accept workers compensation, DVA, CTP and Medicare EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) patients for treatment. Prior to attending for an initial consultation, you will need to have the necessary approvals/referrals/documentation in place from your GP and/or insurer to allow for appropriate invoicing procedures. In the case of EPC plans, patients will need to pay the normal consultation fees associated with their physiotherapy treatment. We have the facilities available to assist with the Medicare rebate on the day of your appointment provided payment is made by EFTPOS facilities.
